UnitFull is now open to all self storage operators.

This is Phase 1 of a platform built for unmanned facilities — the ones where the front-desk light stays off and the revenue keeps flowing anyway.

What ships today

Facility Management System — unit grid, occupancy tracking, move-in / move-out workflows, delinquency management with state lien-law timelines baked in.

Tenant Portal — web + mobile. Tenants can pay, access their unit, view documents, and submit maintenance requests without calling you.

Payment Processing — ACH and card via Stripe. No per-facility markups. PCI-DSS handled.

Smart Access — open the gate from the app with a vendor-free relay (Premium), no proprietary keypad system required. Access is wired to billing: it suspends automatically when a tenant goes delinquent and restores the moment they pay, SCRA-aware, with every change written to a first-party audit log. Named gate-vendor integrations (OpenTech, DaVinci) are rolling out; PTI is on the roadmap.

Marketplace — tenant insurance and ancillary products, revenue shared back to operators.
