UnitFull Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: May 22, 2026
Last updated: May 22, 2026
1. About this Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes conduct that is prohibited when using the self-storage management software and related services (the “Services”) provided by UnitFull LLC (“UnitFull”). This AUP is part of, and incorporated into, the Customer Subscription Agreement between UnitFull and each customer (“Customer”). Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Customer Subscription Agreement.
This AUP applies to Customer and to every Authorized User and any other person who accesses or uses the Services through Customer’s account. Customer is responsible for ensuring that everyone who uses the Services through its account complies with this AUP.
UnitFull may update this AUP from time to time on reasonable notice. The current version is available at /legal/aup.
2. Prohibited conduct
Customer and its Authorized Users will not, and will not permit or assist anyone to:
2.1 Unlawful use
Use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, or to plan, facilitate, or carry out any illegal or fraudulent activity.
2.2 Messaging abuse (SMS and AI voice)
Use the Services’ SMS/text-messaging or automated or AI voice-calling features (“Messaging Features”) to:
- send unsolicited, bulk, or “spam” messages, or messages of a kind for which the recipient has not given the consent required by law;
- contact any person without the prior express consent or prior express written consent required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, applicable state telemarketing laws, or carrier and messaging-industry requirements;
- contact any person who has opted out, revoked consent, or is on an applicable do-not-call or do-not-message list;
- send messages outside of permitted calling/messaging hours, or without the sender identification required by law;
- harass, abuse, threaten, defraud, or deceive any recipient; or
- send prohibited content (for example, content related to unlawful activity) as defined by applicable carrier or messaging-industry rules.
Customer is the sender of, and is solely responsible for, all communications it sends through the Messaging Features, including obtaining and documenting all required consents and honoring opt-out and revocation requests across all channels.
2.3 Submitting data without rights
Upload, import, submit, or otherwise provide to the Services any data, file, or content that Customer does not have the full right and authority to provide, or that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. This expressly includes any data export or file submitted in connection with a free data-import test.
2.4 Harmful or inappropriate content and data
Upload or transmit malware, ransomware, or other harmful code; or use the Services to store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful, or sensitive categories of data the Services are not designed to handle (such as protected health information, government identification numbers not required for the Services, or full payment-card numbers).
2.5 Security violations
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or any related system or network; breach, disable, or circumvent any security, authentication, or access-control measure; access any account, data, or system without authorization; or attempt to interfere with another user’s use of the Services.
2.6 Service integrity and misuse
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the systems of UnitFull’s vendors; impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the infrastructure; use automated means to access the Services other than as expressly permitted; resell or provide the Services on a service-bureau basis except as permitted by the Customer Subscription Agreement; or remove or obscure any proprietary notice.
2.7 Reverse engineering and competitive use
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services, or attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas or algorithms, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or access or use the Services to build or improve a competing product or service or to copy its features or user interface.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customer will (a) obtain and maintain all consents, rights, and permissions necessary for its data and its communications through the Services; (b) keep account credentials secure and promptly report suspected misuse or unauthorized access; and (c) cooperate with UnitFull in investigating suspected violations of this AUP.
4. Reporting violations
Suspected violations of this AUP may be reported to UnitFull at privacy@unitfull.ai.
5. Enforcement and suspension
UnitFull may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If UnitFull reasonably determines that Customer or an Authorized User has violated, or is likely violating, this AUP — or that use of the Services creates legal, security, deliverability, or operational risk to UnitFull, its vendors, or others — UnitFull may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services or any feature, including the Messaging Features, in accordance with the Customer Subscription Agreement.
Where practical, UnitFull will give Customer notice and an opportunity to cure. UnitFull may act without prior notice where it reasonably believes immediate action is necessary to prevent harm, comply with law, protect the Messaging Features’ deliverability and sender reputation, or address a security incident. A suspension or termination under this AUP does not relieve Customer of its payment or indemnification obligations.
