We got tired of juggling five vendors to run a self-storage facility. So we built the platform we wished existed.

Why we built this

We ran facilities. We know what it looks like when the software doesn't keep up with the business. Late-payment workflows that required a manager to send every notice manually. Gate systems that couldn't talk to the FMS without a third-party middleware subscription. Lease signing that meant printing, scanning, and emailing PDFs back and forth.

The breaking point wasn't a single moment — it was the cumulative weight of five vendor invoices every month for things that should have been one product. We built UnitFull because independent operators deserve the same infrastructure the big REITs take for granted, at a price that makes sense for a portfolio of ten units or ten thousand.

Kevin has spent years at the intersection of real estate operations and software. He started UnitFull after watching independent storage operators lose move-ins, overpay vendors, and carry compliance risk that their software never addressed. He's building the platform he wished existed the first time he had to explain a lien law violation to an operator who didn't know they were exposed.

What we believe

  • Independent operators deserve enterprise-grade infrastructure. The big REITs have custom software built by teams of 50. You shouldn't have to patch together five vendors to get the same result.
  • Transparent pricing is non-negotiable. We publish our prices. We show you exactly what you'll pay before you sign anything. Pricing pages that say "contact sales" are a form of disrespect.
  • Your data is yours. No export fees. No data lock-in. If you leave, we give you everything, then delete it.
  • Compliance isn't a premium feature. TCPA, SCRA, lien law — these aren't optional for operators. They should be built in, not sold as add-ons.
