One parent company, many products
storEDGE, SiteLink, and Easy Storage Solutions are all Storable products — three FMS lines, plus Storable Payments, tenant insurance, and a marketplace, rolled up under one private-equity-owned parent. The per-module model
When you buy a Storable FMS, you get the FMS. Payments is a separate product with a separate account. Revenue management points you to Prorize or Veritec — another subscription. Tenant portal, gate SaaS, insurance: each its own line item, contract, renewal, and support queue. Every new product is a new vendor relationship; every billing question requires knowing which product to call.

The processing story
The FMS line is rarely where the money goes. Storable Payments is a resold processing product with a markup — and operators report on Self-Storage Talk, G2, and StorageForum that you can’t bring your own processor, that processing fees are taken out before deposits land, and that prices step up at annual renewals. Those are operator reports, not our measurements — read the threads and weigh them yourself.
UnitFull charges transparent flat published rates — 2.9% + $0.30 for cards and 0.8% for ACH — or you bring your own Authorize.net / NMI gateway. Common questions
Can I migrate my storEDGE or SiteLink data to UnitFull?
Yes. UnitFull ships a self-serve CSV importer for both storEDGE and SiteLink exports. Import units, tenants, and lease history before you commit — no white-glove migration fee.
Does UnitFull integrate with storEDGE gate hardware?
UnitFull opens and locks gates today through a vendor-free relay (Shelly / ControlByWeb) on Premium, with billing-linked auto-lockout as a first-party feature — no proprietary keypad required. Named gate-vendor integrations are rolling out on a published roadmap; tell us your hardware and we'll confirm where it is in the queue.
What happens to my Storable contract when I switch?
That's between you and Storable. We recommend reviewing your contract notice period before setting a migration date. UnitFull's 30-day demo lets you evaluate the product, then your first 30 days of Paid service are free — so you can run parallel with your existing system through your migration.
