API access

The UnitFull API lets you build custom integrations, automate operations, and connect your business systems. Full REST API, webhook support, and a developer sandbox are in progress.

Public API documentation is being prepared. The internal API powering the operator console is already in production — we're completing authentication flows, rate limiting, and sandbox environment provisioning before opening access externally.
Expected availability: Q3 2026.

What the API will cover
- Units — availability, status, pricing, bulk updates
- Leases — create, update, terminate, payment history
- Tenants — create, update, consent management
- Payments — initiate ACH/card, retrieve history, refunds
- Access — gate code provisioning, overlock/unlock
- Webhooks — payment events, lease events, delinquency triggers
- Reports — occupancy, revenue, delinquency snapshots
