- What's included in the $2/unit/month?
- Everything: FMS, tenant portal, online rental and e-signing, ACH and card payments (Stripe pass-through, no UnitFull markup), dynamic revenue management, Nokē and PTI access control integrations, automated lien workflows, QuickBooks / Xero accounting sync, AI voice agent, TCPA / SCRA compliance tooling. No modules sold separately.
- How does payment processing work?
- UnitFull passes transactions through to Stripe at cost — 2.9% + $0.30 for cards, 0.8% for ACH (bank transfer). UnitFull does not add a markup above Stripe's rates. There's no annual PCI compliance surcharge.
- What's the minimum monthly bill?
- The minimum is $100/month. A 50-unit facility would pay $100/mo; the $2/unit rate applies when the total reaches over $100.
- Is there a setup fee or annual contract?
- No setup fee. Month-to-month by default. Annual plans are available at a discount — ask during onboarding.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You get a full export of all your data — tenants, transactions, units, leases, documents — in standard CSV/JSON formats. We delete your data from our systems within 30 days of cancellation. No export fee.
- Do you charge extra for access control integrations?
- No. Nokē Smart Entry and PTI StorLogix Cloud integrations are included in the platform fee. You still pay Nokē / PTI their hardware costs and any SaaS fees they charge — UnitFull doesn't mark those up.
