Monument is a genuinely strong product
Monument targets larger operators and REITs — their sales process, their contract structure, and their feature set all reflect that. If you’re running 20+ facilities with a dedicated IT and operations team, Monument’s enterprise depth may be worth the sales call.
For the independent operator running 1–10 facilities, the calculus is different.
The sales-call gate
Monument doesn’t publish pricing. To get a number, you go through a sales process. This isn’t unusual for enterprise software — but it means you can’t compare costs without spending time you may not have.
UnitFull’s pricing is public: $2/unit/month. For a 500-unit facility, that’s $1,000/month. Scale from there. No call required to know whether it fits your budget.
The estimate caveat
Our pricing estimate for Monument (~$0.50/unit/month, or ~$1,250/mo for 2,500 units) is a secondary source estimate — not a published rate card. Treat it as a rough order of magnitude. If you have a Monument contract, your actual cost is what matters. The right question is: all-in, what does Monument cost including payments processing?
What UnitFull offers for independent operators
UnitFull was built for operators running 1–10 facilities who want enterprise-class capability without an enterprise sales process. The free trial is self-serve: sign up, connect your facility, and run UnitFull against your real data. You don’t need to schedule a demo to start.

Common questions
Monument does not publish pricing — a sales call is required. Our secondary estimate puts Monument at ~$0.50/unit/mo. UnitFull is $2/unit/mo, all features included. The all-in comparison depends on what Monument charges for payments and add-ons.
Yes. UnitFull covers the full lease lifecycle — move-in, e-signed lease, autopay setup, delinquency state machine, move-out. The tenant portal handles self-serve renewals and account management.
UnitFull includes role-based access — operator, facility manager, read-only auditor. The portfolio dashboard shows all facilities in one view. Feature parity with what Monument offers in this area is a fair question to ask on the demo.
