SiteLink is the industry standard — for the staffed-office era
SiteLink Web Edition is the most-installed FMS in self-storage. If you’ve been in the industry for more than a few years, you’ve probably used it. It does a lot well: deep feature coverage, a massive integration ecosystem, and operator familiarity that reduces training time.
The honest case against SiteLink isn’t that it’s bad. It’s that it was designed for a world where every facility has a staffed front desk, managers log in from a workstation, and tenants interact with a person. That world is shrinking fast.
The mobile problem
SiteLink Web Edition is a web application that works on a phone — technically. The workflow, however, assumes a manager is present for most steps.
