storEDGE before and after the Storable acquisition

storEDGE built a strong reputation as an operator-friendly FMS. Cleaner UI than SiteLink, responsive support, and a product roadmap that moved. Then Storable acquired them.

The technology largely held. The culture questions are more contested — operator forums and G2 reviews document a shift in support responsiveness post-acquisition. The bundling problem

The sharper issue isn’t support quality — it’s what the acquisition did to the product model. When storEDGE was independent, you got FMS and payments in a more unified way. Under Storable, each product (FMS, payments, revenue management, gate SaaS) is a separate line item on a separate contract.
